THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. EVERYTHING WENT WELL. IT DIDN'T TAKE VERY LONG, ALTHOUGH I WASN'T THERE. I HEARD THAT THEY WERE REPUTABLE AND I COULD TRUST THEM TO DO A GOOD JOB, AND THEY DID.

I HAVE USED THEM A FEW TIMES. ON THE MOST RECENT VISIT THEY PERFORMED THE CLEANING AND TUNE UP. EARLIER, THEY INSTALLED THE FURNACES AND ALSO REPAIRED THEM WHEN WE WERE DOING A RENOVATION AND THEY SHUT DOWN FROM ALL THE SHEET ROCK DUST. THEY ARE RELIABLE AND REASONABLY PRICED. THEY TAKE THE TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTION WITH OUT MAKING ME FEEL RUSHED. WHEN OUR FURNACES BROKE DOWN THEY WERE AT OUR HOUSE QUICKLY. WE DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG AT ALL.

NEEDED TO HAVE THE FURNACE WORKED ON SINCE IT WAS NOT BLOWING HOT AIR AND WE HAD COMPANY COMING IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS. THE SERVICEMAN WE HAD WAS SO VERY NICE AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE FURNACE. HE ALSO TOOK THE TIME TO REMIND US TO SCHEDULE OUR BI-ANNUAL CHECK-UPS TO ENSURE PROFICIENCY IN OUR FURNANCE. GREAT GROUP TO WORK WITH.

FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND, THE COMPANYS NAME IS THE SAME BUT NEW INDIVIDUALS ARE NOW OPERATING THE COMPANY. MY LANDLORD IS NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. IT TOOK TWO WEEKS TO GET THEM TO COME OUT, THEY HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS. THREE WEEKS LATER IM WAITING TO HEAR WHEN THEY WILL DO THE REPAIR THAT IS NECESSARY ON THE DUCTWORK INSTALLED BY THE OLD COMPANY.

THE SERVICEMAN WAS 2 HOURS LATE AND DIDN'T COMPLETE HIS JOB UNTIL 7PM. A PART HE WAS SUPPOSED TO FIX IN OUR FURNACE WAS ORDERED BUT IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE SO WE HAVE TO HAVE HIM COME OUT AGAIN. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THE WORK WAS WELL DONE, AND THEY CAME IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME CONSIDERING OUR FURNACE WAS INOPERABLE AND IT WAS COLD. I THOUGHT THEY GOUGED ME ON THE PRICE. THE SALESMAN TOLD ME HE HAD TO GO CALL FOR A PRICE ON A PART. I WATCHED HIM GO TO HIS TRUCK LEAN ON THE SIDE, CHAT WITH SOMEONE FOR A WHILE, THEN WENT RIGHT IN HIS TRUCK AND GRABBED THE PART. HE THEN CAME BACK AND TOLD ME HE HAD 'FOUND' THE PART IN HIS TRUCK. I FELT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.
