Best Buy staff failed to order an adapter I needed to make my new dryer work in my tight laundry space, even though they were the ones who told me I needed it in the first place.  I was later told the clerk who took the written up purchase order failed to order the part in question from their central warehouse; in other words, she simply 'dropped the ball'.    It took me the better part of a day of dealing with staffers who either passed me off, blew me off, outright lied to me, or 'stiff-armed' me until I finally got a staffer to take ownership of the problem and work to get the part I needed.
I have little confidence that this store can handle a complex transaction involving the purchase of multiple appliances along with extended warranties and the logistics of installation.  There are some good people, but the bulk of the staff are ill-trained, indifferent bunglers.  For major appliance purchases, I strongly suggest my fellow Angie's Listers go to local firms that  specialize in appliances.

It comes with the controllers and a sports package. I really like the Wii. It was a really good experience. The salesman knew a lot about the product. He helped me decide between two different products.

They transferred the data from my old computer to the new one and installed my new software on the new computer. Then one of the guys from the Geek Squad installed it at my house. They know my name at the store and are always friendly when I go in to the store. I had a problem with Norton and Best Buy re-installed Norton and made sure it worked properly. They don't work on commission and are extremely patient and are motivated by making sure you are satisfied.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. COMPLETE INSTALLATION WAS DONE WITHIN TWO HOURS AFTER PURCHASE. WE'VE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH INSTALLATION NOR QUALITY OF CD PLAYER. TECH VERY PLEASANT AND VERY TIDY. NO 'JUNK' LEFT ON FLOOR FROM INSTALLATION

I CALLED BEST BUY AND THEY WERE GREAT. A REPAIR MAN WAS SENT OUT. CALLED ME AND CAME OUT AT THE TIME HE SAID HE'D BE HERE. HE WAS GREAT AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. THE REFRIGERATOR WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY SO THERE WAS NO COST TO US.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN BEST BUY CUSTOMER CARE. THE INEXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS HANDLED THE PROBLEM POORLY. THEY COULD NOT FIND THE CAUSE AND CHARGED US $24.95 FOR LABOR FEES FOR CLEANING THE BOARDS. THE COMPUTER WAS OUT OF COMMISSION FOR A THREE MONTH PERIOD OF TIME. VERY UNHELPFUL EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT.

THE REPAIRMAN CALLED IN THE TIME PERIOD ADVISED. HE CAME BUT DIDN'T HAVE THE PART ON THE TRUCK. IT HAD TO BE ORDERED AND TOOK 3 WEEKS TO GET THE PART. THE TECH WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND QUICK TO REPAIR ONCE HE HAD THE PART.

THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE CHECKOUT PROCESS WAS SLOW EVEN THOUGH WE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH CHECKOUT. THE STORE WAS ORGANIZED AND NEAT.

THE TECHNICIANS WERE GREAT, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GAVE ACCURATE ASSESSMENTS OF THE PROBLEM WITH THE LAPTOP COMPUTER. THE SERVICE WAS DONE WITHIN THE TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DONE (WITHIN 5 DAYS). NOW THE LAPTOP RUNS GREAT!

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED EVERY LITTLE MINISCULE OPERATION THEY DID. THEY ALSO INSTALLED THE RADIO WITH GREAT HASTE.
