Bill called twice to arrange and confirm a visit, gave an estimate over the phone. He arrived promptly. Our assortment was not problem, although he was unable to do a few small tools. Was extremely pleased with results. He was also very knowledgeable about brands of cutlery and types of steels. I would definitely use again, and might consider buying from him. Also happy he came to my home in unincorporated Pierce County from Des Moines.
