 + -1 moreI HAVE NEVER HAD A MORTGAGE COMPANY THAT WAS SO EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY EVEN CAUGHT A MISTAKE WHICH WOULD HAVE ENDED UP COSTING ME $2,000.00 MORE IN CLOSING FEES. THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE HIRED THE BEST PEOPLE IN THE FIELD. EVEN THE TITLE COMPANY and ESCROW COMPANIES THAT THEY DEAL WITH ARE PROFESSIONAL. THE TIME IT TOOK FROM APPLICATION VIA INTERNET AND THEIR CONTACT FOR CLOSING WAS THE FASTEST EVER!
Description of Work: I REFINANCED MY MORTGAGE LOAN THROUGH THE BECU WHERE I HAVE MY CHECKING AND SAVINGS ACCOUNTS. I APPLIED ON 12/28/04 AND SIGNED PAPERS ON 1/28/05.
