We applied on 8/26 and rec'd credit approval right away...we had an appraiser out with in 4 days and final approval within one week. From start to finish we felt as if BECU wanted our business and that we were valued customers. We did not go into a branch but applied on line,on the phone and finished up signing at the Kirkland Branch. We have loved all of our experiences with BECU and can not say enough great things about them!

They are excellent kind, generous and supportive. They are on the ball, courteous and customer focused.

I've been a member there since 1987. There's no fees on your transactions, your ATM transactions.

I was tired of being nickel-and-dimed by Bank of America and Chase so I decided to switch to BECU, a member-owned, community credit union. Customer service is excellent. Good rates on both savings and checking accounts. I also took out an auto loan through BECU and it was quick and hassle free. They also have a good online banking service to pay bills, send checks, make transfers, etc. Overall, happy with the services they provide, and I'm finally rid of the big banks' practices of nickel-and-diming me with their fees. I recommend BECU over those other and quot;big banksand quot; any day.

I like everything about them; I have no complaints. What stands out about them is their customer service. I have been with them for 20 years because they are easy to work with and they value their customers.

They have excellent service there. It is a not-for-profit organization and they do a very good job providing services to help business grow. I have had really good experiences with them. My interaction with their employees aligns with their vision statement. They believe in serving the community and helping it grow by offering affordable financial tools. They also provide a lot of financial education online. One thing I really like is that they have tools where I can go in and look at my loan and find out how to pay it down quicker. It really seems like they just gear towards reducing the interest that I pay, instead of all these hidden fees which is really nice. They have great rates. I did not use their notary service.

They do a great job and are well known through Washington. They provide a prompt and consistent service.

I can mail checks from my house to the bank. I get free checking and they have better prices than other banks I have looked at.

I have been using them for 3 or 4 years. They are fantastic. They are a very large credit union and all you have to do to be a member is be a resident of the the state. They are very friendly, have excellent customer service and you are treated much better than you are at other banks.

It was started for Boeing employees only, but it expanded a few years ago to other people. For members, they do not charge anything. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for new place. They are always very efficient and friendly. The staff always seem to know what they are doing. I have had very few if any issues with them.

We have been with them for 20 years. Now, you just have to be a member of the state to join. They have neighborhood service centers and ATMs all over the place. They just make everything easier. They are very easily accessible by phone. We were able to get our mortgage through them and there was no hassles.

I have only used them to search their sites so far, but I have not used any of the people on it. They do not charge me for checking their online.

The provide an excellent service. They are very responsive. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I'm pretty satisfied with BECU. I opened my account at the location on 108th Street but I have used other locations and have been happy with those, too. What I like about them is that they have many locations in the Seattle area. When I opened my account they were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I received my debit card right then; it wasn't mailed to me, it was made right on the spot. They pay better interest rates than the local banks. They also offer better interest rates on home and car loans than the local banks do. One time I lost my card and it was no big deal for them to fix it. They immediately cancelled my old card and within two minutes they issued me a new debit card. Normally it would be very traumatic. Plus, they make it easy for me to transfer money from checking to savings online plus if someone else sends me money and they have a BECU account, they can electronically transfer it to my account and we don't have to physically go to the credit union. They just have really great online banking services.

They're very friendly, and they have a lot of options available for financing. They have the lowest interest rate of any credit union that I've found. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

They are great, and very secure. They told me that their website was so secure that I didn't have to worry about my not having my internet security set. The overall experience was excellent. They are punctual, responsive, and professional.

They have been good. My difficult with them is the branch that I use was handy to me, but now they are closed. They are locally owned. They are not one of the big banks. They are very reasonable. I just feel secure with them. They are big enough, but not too big. I haven't had any need to have them respond.

It was only a $5 fees to join them. They offer different services. Everything about their service is so easy and they are just very very easy, no matter what I'm doing. I don't remember speaking to their person because I do everything online. But whenever I have communicated with them, they have always been beyond polite and kind. I usually pay a visit to them during October or November of every year. I would use them in the future.

I have been with then for 15 years. I like that they are non-profit. I think that their prices are very good. They are not trying to add new fees. They do not keep you on hold very long. You can get a live person much faster. They have convenient location. They have a better interest rate.
