I like their online access and services. I've used them for years they are excellent.

We applied on 8/26 and rec'd credit approval right away...we had an appraiser out with in 4 days and final approval within one week. From start to finish we felt as if BECU wanted our business and that we were valued customers. We did not go into a branch but applied on line,on the phone and finished up signing at the Kirkland Branch. We have loved all of our experiences with BECU and can not say enough great things about them!

They are excellent kind, generous and supportive. They are on the ball, courteous and customer focused.

I've been a member there since 1987. There's no fees on your transactions, your ATM transactions.

I was tired of being nickel-and-dimed by Bank of America and Chase so I decided to switch to BECU, a member-owned, community credit union. Customer service is excellent. Good rates on both savings and checking accounts. I also took out an auto loan through BECU and it was quick and hassle free. They also have a good online banking service to pay bills, send checks, make transfers, etc. Overall, happy with the services they provide, and I'm finally rid of the big banks' practices of nickel-and-diming me with their fees. I recommend BECU over those other and quot;big banksand quot; any day.

I like everything about them; I have no complaints. What stands out about them is their customer service. I have been with them for 20 years because they are easy to work with and they value their customers.

They have excellent service there. It is a not-for-profit organization and they do a very good job providing services to help business grow. I have had really good experiences with them. My interaction with their employees aligns with their vision statement. They believe in serving the community and helping it grow by offering affordable financial tools. They also provide a lot of financial education online. One thing I really like is that they have tools where I can go in and look at my loan and find out how to pay it down quicker. It really seems like they just gear towards reducing the interest that I pay, instead of all these hidden fees which is really nice. They have great rates. I did not use their notary service.

They do a great job and are well known through Washington. They provide a prompt and consistent service.

I can mail checks from my house to the bank. I get free checking and they have better prices than other banks I have looked at.

I have been using them for 3 or 4 years. They are fantastic. They are a very large credit union and all you have to do to be a member is be a resident of the the state. They are very friendly, have excellent customer service and you are treated much better than you are at other banks.

It was started for Boeing employees only, but it expanded a few years ago to other people. For members, they do not charge anything. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for new place. They are always very efficient and friendly. The staff always seem to know what they are doing. I have had very few if any issues with them.

We have been with them for 20 years. Now, you just have to be a member of the state to join. They have neighborhood service centers and ATMs all over the place. They just make everything easier. They are very easily accessible by phone. We were able to get our mortgage through them and there was no hassles.

I have only used them to search their sites so far, but I have not used any of the people on it. They do not charge me for checking their online.

The provide an excellent service. They are very responsive. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I'm pretty satisfied with BECU. I opened my account at the location on 108th Street but I have used other locations and have been happy with those, too. What I like about them is that they have many locations in the Seattle area. When I opened my account they were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I received my debit card right then; it wasn't mailed to me, it was made right on the spot. They pay better interest rates than the local banks. They also offer better interest rates on home and car loans than the local banks do. One time I lost my card and it was no big deal for them to fix it. They immediately cancelled my old card and within two minutes they issued me a new debit card. Normally it would be very traumatic. Plus, they make it easy for me to transfer money from checking to savings online plus if someone else sends me money and they have a BECU account, they can electronically transfer it to my account and we don't have to physically go to the credit union. They just have really great online banking services.

They're very friendly, and they have a lot of options available for financing. They have the lowest interest rate of any credit union that I've found. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

They are great, and very secure. They told me that their website was so secure that I didn't have to worry about my not having my internet security set. The overall experience was excellent. They are punctual, responsive, and professional.

They have been good. My difficult with them is the branch that I use was handy to me, but now they are closed. They are locally owned. They are not one of the big banks. They are very reasonable. I just feel secure with them. They are big enough, but not too big. I haven't had any need to have them respond.

It was only a $5 fees to join them. They offer different services. Everything about their service is so easy and they are just very very easy, no matter what I'm doing. I don't remember speaking to their person because I do everything online. But whenever I have communicated with them, they have always been beyond polite and kind. I usually pay a visit to them during October or November of every year. I would use them in the future.

I have been with then for 15 years. I like that they are non-profit. I think that their prices are very good. They are not trying to add new fees. They do not keep you on hold very long. You can get a live person much faster. They have convenient location. They have a better interest rate.

They are all friendly and professional. I have been satisfied with their services for the past 25 years.

Online application was simple, faxed in all required information. The mortgage agent my application was assigned to did not respond to emails or calls at all. I didn't hear a peep out of them for six weeks. After politely complaining several times that I would at least like a confirmation that nothing further was needed, and my application was being looked at, I was also told that someone had tried to call me and left a message. This is absolutely not true, as I provided two separate phone numbers via voicemail and email. When I finally, finally got ahold of the mortgage officer, she was terse, rude, and entirely unprofessional. This was especially frustrating considering the respect and patience with which I treated her. My other dealings with BECU, including other people working within their mortgage services, have been pleasant. They just seem to contract with (they don't have mortgage officers on staff) some really rotten agents!

Overall it was pleasant and satisfactory with one hiccup. The online application process was easy and I faxed my proof of earnings right away. About two months later, I found out they received my faxed pay stubs and W-2s (I would have like a confirmation that they received my proof of earnings right after I fax them, but that wasn't too important). The refinance lady was friendly and responsive (she answered my questions and kept me updated on the refinance process). The only hiccup was when BECU wanted mortgage payment history which delayed the process. All in all, it was as smooth as I can expect it to be.

The following is what I sent to BECU detailing how I was scammed. I was scammed by a company called Nutra pure or Advanced wellness research systems makers of rezvpure and I would like to dispute the charges ($80.49 posted 6/28/09 and $85.53 posted 7/13/09). They have an ad on facebook. They say there is a no risk guarantee and all you pay is the shipping which was $5.00. Then in 10 days they charged my card over $80.49 and when I called them they said I signed up for it because I did not click on the terms and conditions in tiny print at the very bottom of the page. If there are terms and conditions on anything else I’ve ever ordered you see them clearly before you give your credit card number and have to click on the box that says I agree. All this company asks for is your name address and credit card number and they say it is “risk free”. I was not even aware there were terms and conditions. I checked my credit card statement on July 13, 2009. I was surprised to see the $80.49 charge so I called the number on my statement. I was told since I didn’t cancel per the terms and conditions within 15 days of receiving the free trial I was obligated to keep receiving this product. I didn’t even receive the product until the 18th (8 days later. When I got really mad they said they would give me coupons to recover some of the money. I then called BECU card services and spoke to Kathy. I started to tell her what happened but didn’t even get started when she told me there was nothing I could do. She told me all about the scam and the terms and conditions. I asked her what terms and conditions because I didn’t see any. She said they were in small print at the bottom of the page. I then asked her not to let this company charge any more on my card. She said she couldn’t do that, so I told her to cancel my card. Kathy then said that this would not do any good because they would charge the new card so I told her I would not get another card. This scam must be awful prevalent for her to know all about it! I then went back to the website and hunted for the terms and conditions. At the very bottom of the page I saw where you could click on them (see attachment) The terms and conditions keep changing to modify what this company is doing.. I noticed that they were revised on June 17, 2009 (after I ordered my trial on 6/11/2009) I checked in the morning and it stated they would charge my card after 15 days if the product was not returned also that’s what they said on the phone. Then I looked again because I wanted to print the page that afternoon and it was changed to 10 days. It takes at least 10 days for you to get the product. The product does nothing. In fact now I'm scared about what is in it. I received another bottle on 7/18/09. The company says I can’t return it so I’m not sure what to do with it. The website for this company is rezvpure.com. Barbara walters is talking about the benefits and they show webmd, cnn, and fox news. Another change is that at first they just had terms and conditions and contact us. Now there is a bunch more. I did try to cancel through the link that says cancel your product on 7/14/09. I just checked my card balance online (even though I cancelled my card) There is a $85.53 charge for something called action rez vera and a different phone number. I called them and it’s the same scammers. In the beginning I kept calling to see if they had received my complaint. The finally said they had received it. Also during this conversation I said I wasn't going to pay the $85.53 charge that they let go through because it was being disputed. I was told I should pay it because while the dispute was going on I would be charge interest. I have had this card for approx 32 years and have never had an issue in fact I have never been scammed before. This year it has happened twice. This incident and another where I had used a discover card. WHAT A DIFFERENCE WITH THE DISCOVER CARD!! They fought for me right off the bat and got all my money back. They also told me not to pay for the charges that were bogus on my bill. thank goodness I didn't use the BECU for a bigger purchase!
