They did not show up to the scheduled time and didn't even contact me or pick up my call. The lied to my warranty company on a repair they never did. They are bunch of scammers. DO NOT USE THEM.

I hired them to help repair a washing machine. Was charged $29 visitation fee. The issue was diagnosed and repair was scheduled. Did not bother to show up at the scheduled time nor let me know why he didn't show up. Waste of my time.

When I called All City Appliance Repair regarding an issue with my freezer I believe I spoke with Ron. He was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable. He took time to explain the probable cause of my problem, what it would take to fix it and was able to give me a timely appointment. I was under the impression that he would be doing the repair work, however that was not the case. Another technician arrived, he was also very polite but was very clearly struggling with making the repair. Honestly, he did not appear to know what he was doing. A couple hours after he left, the issue returned. I immediately called and again spoke with Ron. He was apologetic and offered to come back himself and make the repair. We set up another appointm and he assured me he would correct the problem. Fifteen minutes before he was scheduled to arrive, he text me that he had a personal emergency and would have to cancel. While I understand these kind of things can happen, I was both frustrated and suspicious. I decided to do a little more research on All City Appliance Repair and based on what I found, lost confidence in their ability to provide reliable service. I called Ron, let him know I did not want to reschedule and requested a refund. After some back and forth, he told me he would refund my money minus the service charge. While I was unhappy to have to pay the service charge, I was satisfied to at least have some of my money returned. Particularly since I had to hire and pay another company to fix my freezer. Well its been over 2 weeks and still no refund. I'm grateful it wasn't a very large amount of money but still very disappointed. Surprised to see so many 5 star reviews. I suggest you do a little research before hiring this company, check BBB, Yelp, etc.

He showed up on time!!

Not only is Ron an expert repair person, but he takes pride in his work, a quality that seems these days to be in short supply. It's never good when an appliance fails, but I must tell you that, even with the major inconvenience of having a dead microwave, I was MUCH less stressed because I knew I would have Ron (from All City Appliance) working on restoring it to good working order.

work was good but spilled water on floor, cleaned with my paper towels and left towels on floor. what a mess he left.

The first tech told my wife that all 4 rollers needed to be replaced, and told her the parts would need to be ordered and gave her the job price. He scheduled the return appointment for 4 days later. The next appointment time came and a different tech came for the service. He showed my wife the TWO rollers he replaced, stating the other two were fine... (okay, she thought, it shouldn’t be as expensive since the parts should be cheaper), but no, the tech charged her $10 MORE than the quote we got to replace all 4 rollers. She paid it to avoid confrontation and because it was a different tech, but this concerns me as a customer. It kind of screams “bait and switch”, and it makes me question the company integrity... having said that, the tech was vigilant about cleaning out all the lint, and reassured my wife the work was warranted. The dryer seems fine, so we will wait and see.

My washing machine shocks broke down causing the water connection to dislodge and crating a huge flood in my house. I called around and Ron came ASAP to help in the disaster. He was professional. Thorough. And reasonable. He explained everything and even helped me clean up. I am keeping his number for any other appliance needs I have in the future and I will definitely recommend him to my friends.
