Almost Free Gutters

It started ok with the estimate, the scheduling was painless and quick. When it came to installation day they showed up 5 hours later than scheduled and did not communicate their tardiness. They quickly removed the old gutters then began to install the gutters on a rotten facia board. I had to stop them and request that they replace the facia. They told me they couldnt do that and that their boss would have to come discuss it. After the boss arrived he discussed that they could replace the facia but it wasn't necessary. I told him I felt it was. He then decided that they needed to come back the next day to finish it. Come the next day they were able to hang the new gutters. The next rainy day we had, all the gutters were leaking water between the gutter and facia. I had them come back and inspect. They then told me that we needed to install a drip flashing and extend the shingles. I asked why that wasnt mentioned at the time of install. No answer. I think a professional service should be interested in complete satisfaction of the customer, and concern that the installed work would actually function properly. I wont be using them again.

After work was complete I found that gutters were inclined away from downspouts which resulted in standing water in the gutters. The price may be right but the attention to detail is lacking. Also, downspout cleanouts of the wrong base color were spray painted with paint which later chipped off.

They (silverdale location) are extremely busy given their low price but once they finally committed to a hard date, they showed up as promised and finished the job very quickly. Looks great. In and out, no fuss, no mess.

Excellent work! Gutters look great and were completed on time. Crew was very professional. When I called to schedule and/or called with any questions, my call was always answered or returned right away. The owner is very knowledgeable and you can tell he knows what he's doing, and cares about the quality of work he and his crew provide. Price was comparable to other quotes I received. Very happy with the job done.

They had to slightly pry up the roof at the edges to install. The installation looked good. That night it got very windy. The next morning found one section on the ground and two others hanging from the roof. My daughter climbed on the roof, reinserted and adjust all the drip edge and used nails to keep it in place. There was not one new nail used in the previous install. I had asked twice to please use nails and that I had roofing nails if needed. His reply was that he was OK. The drip edge had some dimples in it from the existing shingle nails and a touch of caulk where they overlapped. I should have done the job myself.

They were professional and courteous. The gutters look great. My only concern was in several corners. I had repaired damage from the prior gutters where the fascia met. The new gutters were a little tight going in and broke loose the sealed joint and in one case, bowed the fascia board out 3/4 of an inch. The measurement to the downspout was inboard 3/4" and to make them line up had to push the fascia board out to compensate. The only fix I see is to replace the gutters, however chose the live with it and compensate with a little more drip edge. I am being picky here, but overall very happy with the look and installation. The gutters are pitched correctly and did not leak.

During estimate they identified the cause of several long standing problems. Price was reasonable and scope of work resolved all my problems without inflating costs. They showed up on time and completed the job efficiently and they properly cleaned up the work site.

They were on time, and quick.
My only beef is that they made no attempt to clean up after the work; lots of debris everywhere.
Didn't have a chance to mention this, but I'd recommend them for their punctuality and speed; nothing leaks. Job well done; just remind them to clean up the debris from the old gutters when finished.

My last contact with them was in November and I spent probably $100.They were quick, professional and they seemed to be pretty honest with the problems they found on my roof. They didn't push anything beyond my honor to get anything out of me.
