Hello, my name is Tom Wiseman Owner of Wiseman and Associates, I have over 30 years of experience with construction and facilities management. My family company has its roots here in the Pacific Northwest and we are excited to be creating a legacy of great work for our local community.

Works on the details until they are as good as practical. Repairs are normally tougher to do than a new build. Responsive to suggestions and information as the job developed.

I was under pressure as we have a large yard party this weekend. He worked with us online using photos to get an idea and give us a quote. He arrived and was very knowledgeable and left us very happy with the cleaner way our door looks (previously, installer did a sloppy job) And repaired the storm door and it works smoother than before. Would recommend him highly.

I needed a chandelier light installed Tom contacted me right away. He arrived on time and completed the job. Took the time to make sure it was done right. While small project the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

I had them install a window AC, I need a little bit of help because of the weight of the air conditioner and the man that came did a fantastic job very friendly and he actually showed up early. Very good quality work and I would recommend him to anybody.
