It was excellent. The quality is good. They were prompt and on time. The quality was better than anything else around like Home Depot or Lowes. It was also reasonably priced.

My friend, Liz, saw my new kitchen by Yes Cabinets and decided to have hers done. What a fabulous job they did. She ordered a higher end wood and the no slam drawers and she said that it ws half the price of the fancy places. her old kitchen from the 40's is gone and she has a beautiful cherry wood kitchen with all new appliances.

Itrs been. Over a week and no call from Johnny Li Or his company to my contractor or myself with an I'm sorry you didn't get the countertop pattern you wanted and offer some type discount or something. This is VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. don't use this company unless you know in advance they have the product you orerdd in stock. They had no problem taking our money but had one delivering what I wanted. I AM STILL IN TOTAL SHOCK THAT MR LI COULD LET SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN TO HIS CUSTOMER AND NOT ADDRESS IT. NO TO YES CABINETS AND GRANITE.

The whole process went well. I initially went in for a price on countertops. The salesperson, Raymond, was very nice and recommended getting a price on cabinets as well. I provided the measurements and then they did the rest. I never did a kitchen remodel before so I was nervous and skeptical. Raymond and Johnny (other salesperson) walked me through the process and explained everything to me and sometimes several times! They came to the house to confirm my measurements and provided a blueprint with the cabinets and countertop dimensions.
We went to the store several times to review colors and checkout the cabinets and each time Raymond and or Johnny were nice and answered all of our questions. The installers were hardworking and stayed late to get the job done. They were very professional and made sure everything turned out well. They did a good job of cleaning up when they were done as well. I am very pleased with the result. My kitchen turned out great and the process didn't take too long.

It's amazing what this company can do in 4 days. And the main guy at the show room (Johnny Li)knows his products and timelines well. He is straight forward and honest. The key to being happy with this product is that you need to understand that they have what they have in different styles and woods and you need to make the sizes and style fit in your kitchen. There is some limitation on selection, but if you can make it work, your kitchen can be done quickly and look good. A few precautions - if you do not want them to make your living room a work shop, tell them right away and provide another area for them to work. Five guys working fast can really be overwhelming. Finish work such as caulking, wood trim and nailing was a little rough. Overall, I am happy with the product and work.

On August 8 we purchased cabinets and granite from Yes Cabinet and Granite. The design Johnny Li, the manager, provided would block the side entrance to the kitchen. I had concerns about his design and questioned him about this area. He assured me that his design would be fine. When we started to install the cabinets it be came evident his design was faulty. We requested he accept the return of cabinets that his design called for but would not fit, and a replacement cabinet with the correct size to complete our kitchen. At this point he said he did not design the kitchen but only assisted. This is totally false. Mr. Li refused to accept the return of the cabinets we started to install due to nail and screw holes, and told us the cabinet we wanted to exchange was damaged. It was in the original condition we received it in. Eventually he accepted the exchange. We also had him install granite countertops. This resulted in a large piece of granite being left over. At his suggestion, we intended to use this as bath vanity top. His workers took this material with them when they left. When I requested a refund or return of the granite that I purchased and was taken by his workers, he insisted I pay a restocking fee for the returned cabinet before I could receive the materials I purchased. The only cabinet that he accepted as a return was exchanged for the correct size. Had he done the design correctly we would never have had to do an exchange. Our company remodels kitchens several times a year, and we have worked with 3 other kitchen and granite stores in the past. All disputes were handled by the other companies in professional and satisfactory manner. I decided to do business with Yes Cabinets because they were local. We received damaged cabinets that he claims were in perfect condition when purchased, his design was none usable, and he did not provide the materials we paid for. The installation of the material was very good but the entire rest of the job was horrible. I would recommend anyone thinking of using his services to take the hour drive to Seattle.

"I am Johnny Li, the manager of Yes Cabinet & Granite. After I read this review, I felt so sad. The customer was a good man, but he is really unable to figure it out what wrong is. Until he spent a lot of time to create this "nice" story, he is no longer being a good man. Let me ask the customer few questions: 1. Who provided us the wrong kitchen measurements? Answer: Customer 2. With the kitchen plan that we came up based on your measurement, we asked you to double check before you order, did you do that? Answer: No 3. Who installed the cabinets? Answer: customer & his workers. 4. While you were installing the cabinets and see something did not work, did you call us? Answer: No, you considered yourself as an experienced contractor, you still put the wrong cabinet up to the wall. 5. You ordered an extra cabinet over the phone, did you pay for it? What did you do? Answer: no, you took out the wrong cabinet which was already been installed from the wall and asked to trade it. It was so rude. 6. Regarding to the granite counter-top, if all the things that you saying are right, when you tried to dispute the credit card payment, did you make it? Answer: No, based on the paper works we been done, you lied, so you failed. Customer, you brought us those wrong kitchen measurement, then we had the wrong kitchen plan. You order the wrong cabinets without double check your wrong measurements and installed them. And you really considered that is my fault? Customer, I am so sorry about your case. Even though, we are very nice to our customers, it does not mean we have to accept your unreasonable request. We have been doing business in Seattle, Tacoma area for 8 years. We always have good service and better product with lower cost. We have been doing great. Yes Cabinet & Granite is the second branch we have now. We have been busy, but only have this 1 "bad" review.
