Lisa has an office in Tacoma.  She double dipped us for the sale and the purchase; I did get a small discount.  Given the situation, to sell and buy a house at the same time is very stressful.  We sold our house on contingency and this was two to three months after my mom died, so I was in a complete mess.  I was not easy to deal with, I was grouchy, I was stressed and I called her five times a day because I had a million questions and she handled all that with grace.  In times, I gave Lisa a couple of apologies and there were a couple of lessons that she learnt in the process in terms of understanding that people have different needs and different concerns.  Initially, she didn’t know how to address those but once I squat, she learnt how to deal with me.  Lisa did it, she came to the calling, and she was excellent.
