I had a contractor friend recommend this company to me after he saw the quote I had from another company that is on Angie's list that I had used (unfortunately) to replace a furnace in a rental property.  Ernie was punctual and very congenial.  His bid on the work was considerably less than the company I had used previously.  His two employees were very thorough and were able to quickly problem solve when they discovered that the fan on the old oil burning furnace was set into the concrete foundation of the basement.  The work area was spotless when they had completed installing the new gas furnace.  They explained use of the new thermostat and options for replacing the filter.  The burner unit on my old furnace was still in great condition and Ernie's crew stated that they could use it to help out someone with an oil furnace who could not afford one since they still repair oil burning furnaces.  They try to help out folks who need home heating any way they can.  I even gave them my unused filters so that they could be utilized by someone in need.  They are a terrific company!  They truly care about their customers.
