I'd give them an "A" overall and across the board. I would use them again. I called told them what the problem was, they came out and fixed it. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I called Dwayne on xmas eve day to say that the hot tub heater was not working. He said he would be out within an hour to take a look, and he showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and came up with a workaround that enabled the heater to work.

Originally this was supposed to take 4 days, it ended up taking 2 weeks. I'm not sure why and although every time I called he was responsive, the pool kept needing to try. It could just be that it was an unusual job.

They had basic operations with lot of frills. The company that they were dealing with in Vancouver that supplied the spa was their problem. There was a wait time getting parts across the border. I don't think that it was necessarily their fault. Their customer service was fine. I don't have a choice and hence would use their services in the future. They were probably the only ones that serviced as I have always ended up buying here with right things and right people to deal with. Sometimes, there is only one place that we could use.

They are terrible and their workmanship is terrible. As part of the selling of the house he actually charged to replace some things and he never replaced them. Finally my husband drove there and he said here was a filter that had just been sitting on his desk. The guy is a liar and a crook. Some of the things he did, such as the compressor for the heat pump, were reviewed by an HVAC inspector and the inspector said it was terrible workmanship and he actually buried some stuff under the ground to try to hide the poor workmanship. There were leaks gushing out when we turned it on. He doesn't build good pools and he is nasty. He is a fraud in my opinion. The fees were charged in an escrow account and most of it was paid by the seller. We ended up having to hire another pool company and paid over a couple of thousand dollars for the repairs. He didn't return our calls and he was a no show several times.

They are very good. They come and service my pool every month. They are responsive. I trust them. They helped me learn about the chemical evaluation on the pool. They also come out when I call and help me with any problems such as leaks.

They are a good company. They know what they are doing and they are very up front and honest with me. I never feel pressured. All in all I am very pleased.

Easy to make an appointment, not as quickly as I had hoped but not too long of a scheduling wait. The guy you came out did a great job cleaning my large pool. It was VERY dirty. He was very nice and also tried to fix the heater but said it couldn't be fixed without buying a new one.

THEY WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE A QUICK APPT. AND THE SERVICEMAN ARRIVED ON TIME. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND DID A GREAT JOB VACUUMING AND CHLORINATING THE POOL. HE LEFT IT SPARKLING CLEAN!
