His people showed up on time, protected the grounds and painted the two story structure. He completed the work in a few days and the crew cleaned up the property when they left. They did a very thouorgh job and I did not have a punch list when they were finished. Another painter was up the street a couple of days later painting a simuliar size house and I asked what he charged and the price was almost exactly what Ken Ware charged me. I would highly reccommend him and his company to do your work. I later, in 6 months invited hime to paint a 22 building duplex condominium and he was awarded the contract by the Board of Directors. His crew did a great job on this project with no hic-cups and all the owners were please with the end results. Each of the duplex owner got to choose their own new colors and the projkect went very smoothly. When wqe need to paint in another 10-12 years we are looking forward to his company placing a bit to paint our HOA complex.
