THEY DID NOT EXPLAIN WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS VERY WELL. WHEN THEY CAME OUT THE SECOND TIME AND REPLACED THE BOARD IT STILL DID NOT WORK RIGHT AFTER THEY LEFT. THEY THEN REFUSED TO COME BACK AND LOOK AT IT AGAIN.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH VINCENT'S APPLIANCE WAS GOOD. ROY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE PARTS STAFF WERE VERY WILLING TO WORK WITH US TO MAKE SURE THAT OUR STOVE WAS UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME.
