The owner of the company was Mike Schatz. I met him through a friend. We tried a couple of other guys and they were on Angie’s List. They gave us good estimate but their estimates were like that was a great deal and we were going to give you twenty-five percent off and the price was still $17000. Whereas with Mike Schatz, when you cancel it all out, you look at what everything was costing and you start throwing it in, I was going to pay a $1000 just for a truck in an office. You got to pay some overhead, so let’s pay a $1000 for this, let’s pay the workers $50 an hour; you pay them $40 per hour plus $10 for health insurance and it was vacation time, etc, three workers and it was for two days, you cancel it all out. I had been to other providers and I kind of found out what the general prices were and I knew what the mark ups they had. You cancel the whole thing out, I was getting charged a reasonable charge by Mike Schatz and he was charging me like $11000. These other guys were putting an extra $6000 in their pocket. He did a great job. I would use his services again in the future. Even though I needed all replacing below it underneath the front window in the living room, all those wood had to be changed and whole bunch of stuff had to be done. He charged me for parts only. I would have charged the customer at least something. The guy was doing just a great job and he did wonderful work.
