Very understanding pro. Asked all the questions I had. Communicating with this vendor was nice and professional. Trustworthy too. Example I had bought a cheaper product and the pro informed me that I needed the better quality. He let me know the difference between the too. If the cheaper one was installed it would rot. So the vendor saved me money and time. Telling me up front. Will use this vendor again for other projects down the line

Bill is a very conscientious worker. He did a very professional job and consulted with me every step of the way to get my approval for what was being doing. Even though he found additional issues during the work, he did not try to take advantage of that in any way. He offered to solve them at a very fair rate. He is very trustworthy and honest. I would hire him again next time I need a job done.

Phil and Kevin did a great job with our siding repair project. Quality of work was great, they communicated well, and were able to help me decide on which areas really needed a repair and others that didnâ t. Their pricing was competitive, and I didnâ t feel like I was pushed into any unnecessary work (unlike some others that came out to evaluate our project). Overall, very satisfied with the work and would hire again. UPDATE: After completion of the work, we had our house painted. Unfortunately, one of the window trim pieces was completely rotten and needed to be replaced. Per our discussion, the entire window trim was supposed to be replaced, but only 1 piece was (the only one with visible damage). Perhaps there was a misunderstanding, but it cost me an extra $120 for our painting team to fix this. The cost of the project was $3275; I rounded up to $3300 then threw in an extra $100 to tip Phil. However, given the new finding, I asked if Phil could adjust the price so I wouldnâ t be stuck paying for a job I thought he had completed. While he did offer to come out at a later time instead, we were unable to do that as our project was already in motion. Phil declined to make the adjustment (which was basically the tip), and I feel for this reason I must adjust my review and remove a star. While the overall work was good, I feel this was a big oversight that would have left my home at risk for water damage had it not been found by the painter, and I think my request for price adjustment was very reasonable given I provided a tip and now had to pay extra.

Phil truckey came out and gave a estimate I could say no to. Great pricing, communication, work and overall very professional. Very happy with how the painting came out in my living room!

They did an excellent job and handled everything with care. They were easy to talk to and had the best price. I would definitely recommend if you need any painting or handyman needs !
