BECAUSE WE WE WERE TOLD WRONG INFORMATION AND TOOK THE ESCROW PERSON AT HER WORD. THE LOAN DID NOT PAY OFF ONE ITEM THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH A TITLE COMPANY EVER.
