Top Brush was very punctual from the estimate to the work performed and we were happy with the job, although we felt it was expensive. It was easy to schedule a time that worked for us and they were very easy to work with.

I called for an estimate on fixing the fire box. The cost came in much lower than I feared. They suggested we install the rain cap to prevent future damage to the fire box. I was skeptical about the need for a rain cap as the house has never had one, but research showed that it was a reasonable suggestion. I forgot to ask about replacing the flashing (it does not leak, but is very old and rusty) and they did not volunteer that it needed replacing.

CLEANED CHIMNEY WHEN WE MOVED INTO TOWNHOUSE. DID SOME MODIFICATIONS TO THE FIREPLACE.
