I spoke with the owner, Rosa. She fit me in between clients. She brought 2 workers (so 3 people were working), and when I asked why, she said she always comes the first time to be sure everything is done correctly.
I left them alone for the first half of their stay, when I went down to check on them, they were engrossed in the jobs at hand. Each person was very pleasant and understood what I wanted even before I finished my thought, most times it was already done.
Not only will I use them again, I am going to tell all my friends and neighbors what a wonderful experience this was.
After the time was up, the owner was scrubbing my extra bathroom, which was not on the list. Same time period, her other employee was cleaning some stairs that was not on my list.
This company went above and beyond all my expectations. I think that is because of the character of the owner transferring to the employees.
