The interaction has been excellent. They are very customer oriented. They definitely look out for the customer instead of themselves. We bought the blinds through Lowe's and this is the contractor they use to measure and install the blinds. When a problem would come up they made sure that we understood that Lowe's might do something this way but they would not recommend it. They really made sure we understood what to expect and not just how to make some money for them.
