I WAS THRILLED THAT THORP'S WAS ABLE TO REPAIR THE DUETTE SHADES. IT INVOLVED REPLACING ONE OF THE STRINGS AND THEY HAD NO PROBLEM REPAIRING IT. THEY DID THIS IN A TIMELY FASHION AS WELL.
