The cost depends on how many sprinkler heads they have to fix. They have done services before. They're efficient and they showed up. They actually showed up and the last guys didn't call back. There is nothing really they could improve on. That's the first project, they haven't done any other installation for me.

We were not happy with the end result. Joe came out twice to do the work, and both times seemed to be in a hurry to get to the next job. We ended up installing new sprinkler heads and lines ourselves. Then, when we got the final bill, I found an error of $100 that we were overcharged. I called and corrected it, but it made me wary.
