This is a store that specializes in doors. I ordered the hinge from them, for which they'd do the custom machining, so this part of the installation was available to their carpenter at all times. Despite this, too much was trimmed from both top and bottom (they apparently ignored the Bommer hinge and how it attaches to the floor, dictating the distance of the bottom of the door to the floor); the machining for the pivot hinge was placed incorrectly and no hole was drilled for the pivot.

DOORS WE ORDERED WERE MADE OF QUALITY WOOD AND MEASUREMENTS WERE TO PERFECTION. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS ITS LOCATION, BUT THE PRICE IS WORTH IT. WE LOVED THE QUALITY AND PRICE.
