I have to say that I am quite disappointed in how this has all worked out! In the beginning Gresia Bratton Of the Cascade Team was very pleasant to work with & seemed to follow thru on things, but after a month or so, she stopped returning emails & texts in a timely manner, and then stopped replacing the flyers which I had to do ( spending over $200 ). I spoke to her regarding the communication, and I thought she understood, but it just kept happening again. With almost no one looking at my unit & things selling well here on Queen Anne, I decided I would have to find a more responsible agent. I asked her over 2 weeks ago to remove the key box, and she said she would several times, but still has not done so! This has been very disappointing experience after what seemed to be a good start, and it has really hurt my selling of the condo, since it has now been on the market for so long.
