In the summer of 2012 my wife and I decided to buy a home and convert the one we were moving out of into a rental.  We contacted TPM and Deric was assigned to us. He acted immediately.  He was at our home the following day and came up with a game plan.  In less than 2 weeks Deric had our home ready to show.  He made had cleaners come in and had one of his workers put in vinyl flooring (replacing carpeting) on the ground floor. I wanted wood but he convinced me that vinyl was less worries for a rental - AND now it's nearly 4 years later and he was right!  After two years our renters moved on and Deric found news renter to replace them.  He transitioned the new renters in in less than two weeks.  Deric does a great job selecting responsible renters.  They have never missed a payment.  Deric is very responsive and capable.

TPMC has been providing property management for us for almost 3 years.  Our contact, Deric, is really responsive to both us and our tenants.  We've had great success with the tenants he's helped us select and are rarely contacted unless absolutely needed.

Deric always responded quickly. Their service crew was efficient and not expensive. They performed many duties with  no addiitional charge. I was renting to a family member so I was a bit relaxed about terms and Deric made sure I protected myself and the property. TPM was very professional. I will definitely use them again.

Initial contacts were made by phone and email for rental of property, and Andrew was friendly, professional and efficient in all aspects. His ethics are impeccable and his work is efficient - he follows up!
