Fabulous! The whole house smelled amazing for days afterward, and there were stains I didn't think could get removed that vanished! On time, quick, and thorough. They even moved furniture! Very kind, very thoughtful. I will definitely use them again.

Called Marty on Thursday and he agreed to work us in Monday afternoon. Arrived a little early and got to work. Cleaned four rooms, a hall, one stairway, and an additional high-traffic pattern. Marty was friendly, professional, and thorough in his work. Finished the job much more quickly than I had expected. As he promised, the areas were dry within a few hours and I could have replaced all furniture that evening. Very pleased with job, price was very fair, and will call Tacoma Clean Pro the next time we need carpet cleaning. Have already recommended them to friends.

They went above and beyond from scheduling to getting the job done. I used a previous cleaner from on here and all I got was excuses or reasons for upcharges. The price I paid here was my final price without any additional charges and everything was done to get the carpet back to new.

It went perfectly well. I work nights so I ended up sleeping while the work was done and I woke up to a fantastically done job.

All done above expectation. Very pleased. Professional job, great personalities, easy to contact, good communication. Will use them again.

Excellently. Marty was punctual, diligent, and friendly. He even came back to clean a spot I made when I knocked a plant over on the newly cleaned carpet and did not charge extra. You should call Tacoma Cleanpro first.

This loveseat was taken over by my 2 cats so lots of fur over the years in spite my cleaning efforts. Decided it needed professional cleaning. The owner and his partner were early but that was okay. Got right to work and were done in less than an hour. Very friendly and found out we had old friends in common.

They told me when the cushions and loveseat would be dry. Very happy with their work.

Marty responded to my voicemail promptly and was able to schedule the carpet cleaning within a week of my call at a time that worked for my schedule. He arrived on time and did an outstanding job in cleaning our carpets, which look new again. I use a wheelchair and that dramatically increases both the wear and dirt that gets ground into the carpet. Even more so with three large dogs in the house.

After using several other cleaning services over the last several years, I only use Tacoma Cleanpro now (this was my second time using his services). His prices are reasonable and I feel you get more than you paid for with his service.

I cannot say enough about Marty, his work ethics and dedication to his business and clients. For starters, he owns the business and he performs the work, so it is in his best interest to perform the best job possible in the most professional way possible. When I call him, he is always responsive and finds a way to fit me in at a very convenient time for me. His customer service is unmatched. When he comes to my house he always assesses the job I ask him to do, and if there is any way he can add value to his service by either recommending that something to be done, or wait for a certain cleaning service to be performed (which saves me some bucks!), he will do so. My whole house is covered with carpet, and in addition to two kids, I have a very big old dog that sometimes leaks a bit, so needless to say, I have a lot of spots in my carpet. I had other carpet cleaning services performed in my home before Marty, and none of them has the spots removed. So when Marty came (through a friend's recommendation)I I asked him to do what he could, but I did not have any hopes the stains would be removed. To my astonishment, when he was done with my carpets, not only were my carpets stain and spots free for the very first time EVER, but they only took a couple of hours to completely dry. Every since that first cleaning a little over 1 year ago, I will only trust my carpets to Marty; everything else is a waste of money!
