 + 0 morePatrick promised that my appointment will be the 1st one in the morning. But soon after service fee was paid, my appointment was placed in the afternoon and assured that this will be taken care of today. When I called around 4:40 pm; however, he changed what said in the morning that he will not make it today. He wasted a whole day of customer's time and money. Very dishonest vendor and small business in Tacoma. Steer away from this vendor at all costs and be prepared to their lies.
Description of Work: Ceiling fan had a noise issue and needed to be replaced with a new unit.

 + -1 morePatrick was a pleasure to work with; professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I would highly recommend again.
Description of Work: We called at 8pm due to losing power in one room multiple times without explanation. We were really worried about a fire. When we called Patrick was on his way home from a full day already, but stopped by anyways. He was at our house for 2 hours diagnosing the problem. He figured it out despite the complicated mess he walked into.

Description of Work: After having two others out to our home in NE Tacoma, we had Patrick out from Sweet Home Electric. He identified two problems. One major. One minor. Minor: one breaker was faulty. He replaced. Thought the cost was reasonable considering his responsivness on the weekend! Major: Patrick pulled the meter and traced the main fault to city transformer. I called Tacoma Power. They resolved the main issue. Patrick was out, on a Saturday, less than and hour after I called him. He identified the main problem correctly (needed to be a licensed and insured electrician to even do that). Kudos to Patrick.

Description of Work: We were in a rush to get the dusk-to-dawn coach lights installed on our new house so it would look lived in while we were out of town for a few days. We contacted several electricians, some more than once, but never got a call back. Sweet Home Electric not only called back immediately, but they came out that same day and installed the lights, for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again.
