What we were told was not what we got. We also did not get expectations in the face of no documentation provided. Kitchen cabinets Roof pitch - were assured repeatedly it would not be what we got Heat pump - is only 3 tons, manufacturer and sales told us it would be 4 ton Flat work - the used no steel. We would not have signed the contract in the first place had we not been assured there would be reinforcement in the concrete, flat work. Flooring used under carpet areas is only one half inch thick. Nothing specified in their documentation of this. A manufactured home has twice that much. Said plans and permit would be ready by end of jul, 2005, construction would begin shortly after with 6 months expected from start to finish They finally started feb 2006. (contract was signed may 2005) The finally finished late dec 2006.
