They seem to be good. They are local, but they are also a national franchise. We have been using them for 10 years. They keep winning the national account. We don't have a problem with them, and they come out when we need them, on a more quicker basis. If there is a rodent or pest problem, then we bring them out more often, and they don't have a problem with that.

They were very responsive but they did not take care of the problem. I don’t think that the gentleman that came out quite understood how to find and deal with my particular problem. They put traps out but they didn’t get that many. They sprayed, which killed the adults, but it didn’t kill the larvae. They didn’t have a solution on how to find or eradicate the larvae. I thought they were courteous and that they did their best, but I don’t think they had the right knowledge to best deal with the pest problem I had.

They do a great job. I can’t think of anything about them that I was unhappy with. I would recommend them to others. I had them when I was in a house too and they were wonderful. They were thorough and took care of the problem; they seem to be managing the situation pretty well in my building. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They had scanners in their bait boxes and you could pull up that information on your computer so you could see where the technicans had been and where they had to rebait so you were making sure whatever your paying for is getting done. Their management was very responsive compared to some other companies we had used. If their was a problem they would fix it right.

They are pretty good at what they do. I can contact them any time if I need to have them come back out for any reason. They are upfront with quotes and there are no hidden costs. The invoices they send out are easy to read and understand. They are very professional.

THEY ANSWERED OUR CALL PROMPTLY. THE WORKERS WERE VERY COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT AND WORKED WELL WITH THE TENANTS. THEY QUICKLY CORRECTED OUR PROBLEM WITH THE CARPENTER ANTS AND SPIDERS.
