The one that came out for Sound Refrigeration Sayco was absolutely terrible. The 45 minutes here, he didn't have all his tools. He was trying to chip the ice off with a screwdriver in the back of my freezer. I had about just 30 minutes of him just sitting on the floor just telling about his family. He is not equipped to handle the problem with the freezer as far as tool.
