It was a major project. He is by far the most reliable sub-contractor I have gotten with the fairest pricing. I did have a lot of dirt work and he was reasonable and fair. I will use them in the future if the need calls for it.

We were having LID work done on our street so we had the COT, well, the contractor, replace our sewer line under the road and needed to continue the sewer line from where the city stopped to the house. I called Site Prep NW and Scott came out to our house right away to look at the job. I told him we also wanted to replace our water service since it was in the same area as the sewer line. Keep in mind that we have a basement, which made the sewer line about 8' 6" down and to make things worst there is a very important fir tree in the way that my wife planted when she was 4yrs old so it could not be removed or damaged. This meant the sewer line would need to make a couple bends to get around it (not a great idea). Scott was very positive about getting the job done without damaging the tree and gave me a quote that I was sure would go up before the job was done. I think it was a day or two later, Scott and his crew started the job. I think it took about two days to complete. During the sewer line installation, Scott decided to improve the original plan to use 6 on all the bends instead of all 4 , for that I am very grateful, should have a much better chance of not clogging that way. Then they installed the water line and hooked it all up inside and outside; WOW! Scott and his crew finished up the job when I was at work. When I got home everything was cleaned up and the soil was packed down well and raked out. I must say it was better than I expected. The quote Scott gave me to do the job remained the same. The job was done so well that if we weren t strapped for cash I would have paid him more. It s very hard to find a company that does the type of quality work that Site Prep did for us. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends (already have, my neighbor). Thanks Scott !!!

He came when expected - worked very hard - did a fantastic job - above and beyond my expectations - a real professional and also was great at paying attention to details. He hand cut a number of pavers to be installed around a new downspout as well as a basement (below grade) window casing. Very very happy.

The Overall experience was fantastic. I've worked with a handful of dirt contractors in the past & I've finally found a guy I can rely on. Scott (the owner/operator) was punctual, courteous & really cared about the quality of his work. I always like being able to deal with a company that's small enough that the owner is directly involved. Scott was on site every day the work was going on. The foundation & concrete flatwork contractors both told me his grades were spot on & "he saved me a lot of money in extra concrete." I was most impressed with the installation of the side sewer. Site Prep obtained the permits, coordinated with the inspector, supplied flaggers/cones/signs since the sewer main was on an arterial road. That was one aspect of building this house that really had me nervous & it went as smooth as can be. The inspector even commented it was one of the cleanest jobs he'd seen in a while. We were planning on pouring the back concrete patio on a Tuesday but the weather report changed & called for rain. Scott came out on Sunday afternoon & worked til dark so we could get the patio poured on Monday (& he didn't even complain). I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. I just wish all of the other subcontractors I used building this house were as good as Site Prep NW.
