Since it was going to be a major purchase for me, I got 3 different bids for the job of replacing my old patio, building a ramp and rebuilding my patio stairs. Paul was so much more knowledgeable than the other 2 contractors I spoke with. He listened to my ideas and discussed what would work and what wouldn't work and why something wouldn't work. He had some great suggestions and it was obvious he knew his business. One of his suggestions was to modify my stairs to make them easier to climb by lowering the rise on each stair. (It really made a difference.) His bid wasn't the least expensive but as I observed the job being done, I realized what a terrific amount of work was involved in the project. Paul and his brother Ness, were responsive and easy to work with. They employed enough crew - sometimes a few men and sometimes up to 7 workers depending on the stage of the job. The men were efficient, polite and thorough. They had a great foreman. The guys cleaned up the area each day after the job. I always felt confident that I would be pleased with the finished patio, and I was.

Sione's poured a sizeable stamped concrete patio & staircase for our back yard. We are more than pleased with the work! We purchased a new construction home that needed the back yard landscaped, so we decided to look into bids for concrete. Prior to our first meeting, I had no knowledge of stamped/colored concrete. Sione (the actual Owner) came out to do the initial bid, on time & very professional. He pulled up his portfolio on his IPad and showed all the different styles & color schemes available to us. We appreciated that he was more interested in getting to know what our vision was, so he could help us bring that to life. After receiving several bids, we decided to go with Sione's because he was priced competitively and was able to start work right away. Per our agreement, on the day of the pour, the crew arrived on time and started work immediately. The crew was great; very professional and personable! The workmanship on the patio & staircase exceeded our expectations! The color was spot on and matched our home wonderfully and the design for the stamp was beautiful, exactly what was promised! I've heard horror stories about Contractors in the area, but this experience was seamless! I will continue to recommend this company to anyone looking for great, reliable work!

Sione's poured a beautiful new driveway for my mothers house. The stamping and color he suggested looks perfect and brings a ton of curb appeal to her home. I appreciated the the professionalism and timeliness in all of our communication. When the job was complete, our property was left without a trace of the crew having been there. Sione's Concrete and Pavers were recommended to us by our General contractor doing a remodel of our home.  We were undecided whether to do concrete or pavers for our driveway, which was in need of replacement.  We got bids from 3 companies including Sione's, which turned out to be the most competitive. Beyond the price we found Sione to be friendly, professional and very helpful during the entire project.  He met with us one day to go over things in order to provide the estimate.  He listened to our concerns and ideas and offered a few of his own.  He gave us a quote for concrete and one for pavers.    Sione recommended we go see his work at some of the jobs his company had completed.  We met with him several times before the work began to go over the details.  He was patient with us and never forced us one way or the other into making a particular decision.  He gave us the pros and cons of each and told us where we could go to select materials and a layout for the paver system.  We decided to go with the pavers even though the cost was more.
We scheduled a start date several weeks out and on the scheduled  morning, on time, his team arrived to begin demolition of the old concrete driveway, which took several days as it was quite a large job.  The team was professional and had good safety practices.  As they went along, they explained to me each step and kept me posted on progress.  They took out the concrete driveway, removed several inches of dirt and graded the driveway in preparation for the new materials.  During demolition, it was discovered there were 12-16 concrete piers, each about 42" deep with re-bar, buried under the old walkway.  These had to either be removed or jack-hammered down to a smaller size since so much dirt surrounding them was being taken out.  There was no extra charge for this work.  
When demolition was completed it came time to start the pavers.  Sione came to the house and went over the design of what we wanted and laid it out, outlining it on the ground with spray paint.  Crushed gravel, then sand was delivered, graded and compacted.  The pavers arrived on pallets from the distributor and were placed at the end of the driveway.  We were excited to see the work progress and the stones being placed.  The team that installed the pavers were great.  Each man knew his job and they worked together, cutting and putting each stone in place.  When we discovered that the front porch step was too high, "hey, no problem", they took it out and made a two step porch for easier entry. The crew asked if they could work on Saturdays and even wanted to work Thanksgiving morning to complete the job.  It did take a few more days than anticipated because of rain, but it was worth it.  Neighbors walk by, and unsolicited, tell us how marvelous the driveway now looks.
