Seattle Best did a great job. They came in and got the job done in a matter of 2 days. It was kind of hard to get an intial date, but we eventually got it taken care of. We did have to contact them to get some touch up work done and it took a while to get the contractor to come back out.

I had a security door that the had to take off and put it back on. They didn't have the right tools to do that so they went to the store to get what they needed. They are very friendly and are going an extra mile to give excellent service. I would highly recommend them.

First, the company ordered the incorrect size siding (we ordered 6", they delivered 7" boards). John Holum (the owner) came out and told us that they screwed up and he would watch over the job personally. We waited a month for new product with our home half torn apart and a huge dumpster and honeybucket in the driveway. When the new product was delivered, they literally slammed it onto the house. The French doors were not installed properly leaving them unleveled and not working properly. They began harassing us to pay before the job was done. We indicated we had some concerns. They refused to address them and sued us. We contacted the BBB to pursue arbitration as our contract stated. After months of unsuccessful negotiations we went to arbitration. Due to the clear poor workmanship of our project from top to bottom, we were awarded a full refund. We started this in July, 2006 and just got our final payment in November, 2007. We had to take monthly payments due to "cash flow problems."
