Ryan and the team at Salish Geo were awesome! After a different survey company strung me along and eventually skipped out on me, I called him for a survey of my family’s property on Anderson Island. The property was purchased by my grandparents in the 1950’s and there was no real survey ever completed, which given that and the remote location, made the job a little more difficult. Ryan was quick to respond to my original email request and timely with all communication during and after the survey process. He did a great job with the survey locating and staking our corners and property lines on a timely manner and now we can proceed with the other upgrades to our property with confidence given his work. Given all he had to do and the time frame in which he did it, his price was very reasonable. I would recommend the team at Salish Geo to anyone looking for a property surveyor. You won’t be disappointed!!

I have a uniquely shaped lot with difficult property lines to delineate, which SalishGeo came, surveyed, and clarified. The communication was open and receptive. They were upfront about how to communicate with them throughout the process (as they’re usually in the field). From what I can tell, the work is thorough & clear, as I now know where the boundaries are and what dimensions I have to work with for future property improvements. Simply put, I’d work with them again or at the very least be willing to refer them for someone else’s survey needs.

Ryan and his team did a great job, handling our woody backyard with ease. He did a very thorough walkthrough at the end with us, showing us ground markers and explaining everything fully. The property map he did is great, it shows how the house and fence are situated within the property lines, which is super helpful. All in all a very good experience.

Ryan Hand was referred by a friend who had a good experience. I contacted Ryan regarding a residential survey in NE Seattle for the purpose of an addition to our existing household. Ryan was professional and very competitive price wise. Also, another aspect which I really appreciated was his follow up to specific questions regarding the odd shaped lot. I offered to compensate him additionally due to the fact that some things were not part of the original scope. He provided further information while declining to receive any additional payment. I seldom refer contractors and other service providers to others unless they have exceeded my expectations. I just referred Ryan to a neighbor who lives nearby. Highly recommend! Dave
