I called Ruckers to send flowers for a bereavement. I wanted some miniature rose plants in an oblong container that could be used as a centerpiece and so that later the plants could be planted in the yard. The staff at Ruckers was very accomodating helping me with the choice of a container and also making a special trip to the nursery to obtain the plants. It is always difficult to order flowers over the phone but I was able to see these after they had been delivered and I was very pleased with the product and the service.
