I was very happy with the overall experience with Roof therapy. I got a bid and they were able to rush my request so that I could have the roof cleaned right away. They did an excellent job and they also made sure to clean up the area around the house, leaving no mess behind. The price was a bit more on the expensive side compared to other roof cleaners, but I trusted they would do a good job and they did not disappoint me at all.

They came promptly and fixed the problem

As noted above, the work was done the same day. It was explained to us, and the next day a detailed receipt listing the work performed, so we could submit it to the buyer. We were able to cross this item off our list of items to be done before closing. Fabulous company, fabulous service. We highly recommend Roof Therapy.

The roof leaked after the repair and caused damage to the interior. Took Roof Therapy to court and won a judgement in Pierce County District Court against them. Case #6Z902537C. They had to pay back the money I had paid for the re-repair of their supposed repair.. Avoid trouble and stay clear of the sales pitch by this company. The salesman is a mealy mouthed Eddie Haskel type, who might be able to talk the legs off a chair, but the company did defective inferior work on my house. Horrible experience and terrible work. Try Tony's Roofcare instead. They know their craft. They fixed my leak correctly. Tony's business is built around ability to do the job correctly instead of say-anything sales pitch. Roof Therapy has substandard skills and no guarantee, so you have to take them to court to get your money back if they don't do the work correctly. Avoid them at all costs. Look for a company that treats you fairly and stands behind their work.

Did good and timely work.

Zach came the same afternoon I called, went up on the roof, and took a picture of flashing around the skylights, clogged by debris. He offered to fix it for $240. When he came down, however, he had cleaned all 5 of them, and asked if $290 was okay--which it definitely was. I was really happy to find a roofer that just couldn't leave a job half finished. I am happy with the service he provided, and have asked him to do an estimate on power washing the roof, as well as a more permanent fix to the debris buildup around the skylights.

Work was performed to expectations.

The asphalt roof and gutters are completely cleaned. This generates a large quantity of debris. All leaves and needles are scooped up and carried away. The landscape looks perfect.

Eron did a excellent job and cleaned up everything, including the windows.  It looks great.  The previous moss treatment lasted two years, as they said it would.

Very good communication through the process (they had to shift out a few days due to sicknesses).   Very professional and roof looks great.   They did a great job of clean-up afterwards which was a concern given past experience from other roofing companies.

We had ongoing challenge finding a leak in our shake roof.  Roof Therapy had repaired suspected area, then re did repair at no charge when leak persisted.  This visit the tech investigated all gutters, flow of water and found several holes in the roofing that was letting the water in.  Quote was provided on the spot, work accomplished within 1 week and leaks are gone!   Tech explained everything that had created the leaks/holes and how the repair would be done.  Repair done quickly, professionally and the owner followed up to ensure we were satisfied. 
Based on where the new leaks were found, we learned that water moves in very difficult to track patterns and we are thankful that they took the time to explore outside the expected leak area to find the source of the problem.  
Tech also installed roof vents in a separate cottage adjacent to the house...great job,   Cleaned up all residue on both roof and vent jobs.   
 
Tech also discovered that some of our siding/window frames did not have caulking.  He actually did some caulking for us and suggested we check on all caulking etc.   We did and found installers had not caulked as required...repair done...Thx to RF finding this other non roofing related issue.
Owner has been very proactive in follow up and ensuring his company's work/customer service is the BEST !

No problems at all.

They were prompt returning my calls and arrived on time. The gentleman cleaned out all the gutters, cleaned the moss on the roof, and applied moss treatment. The quote also included cleaning up debris from the gutters. He left my porch and yard spotless. I believe he swept up more than what came out of the gutters. They were courteous and prompt, and from other quotes I received $500 seemed reasonable for everything. The moss treatment was rather expensive, but I was told it should last several years.
