They did an ok job on the carpet. They destroyed my hand tuffed wool rug by cleaning it with hot water. They had the rug for over two weeks, it had mold and mildew on it. They ignored the complaints I made against them with the Better Business Bureau and consumer complaint representative. They are not delivering what they advertise. They said they would refund the money if not satisfy but have not.
