Tim's estimate was the most detailed and was competitive. Our project has a limited budget as this is a rental. We did not hire Tim but selected the low bid estimate. If this project was our primary residence, we would have hired Tim in a second.

Mr. Reding returns calls as soon as he can.  He had someone here to fix the wiring the day that I found out that it was wired using the wrong receptors and could have started a fire.   He hires professional to get the job done as fast and clean as possible.  I am very happy with their work.

I am fully satisfied with the finished project. Building was started  and completed within a week of the agreed time.(2 months) I much appreciated that the work area was cleaned up each day.  Project went smoothly for the most part. Had a few of glitches that were corrected. Did run over my budget because of a few up grades and changes. Near the  end I had a leak in my water heater and they replaced it. Mr. Reding is approachable and always available for questions or problems. The contract was detailed and that helped to keep focused. The addition looks like it belongs there.

We met Tim at a home show in Puyallup. We wanted 3 bids for the work and had already had Kitchens Plus and Washington State Kitchen and Bath out. Having been to many home shows in the past, I was not impressed with the contractors I met there - when I would give them our information and ask them to call, they never did. So I asked Tim to phone me on Monday, figuring that he never would. But lo and behold, he called first thing! He was always very responsive throughout the whole process and always listened to what I wanted and what I was saying about my vision for the new kitchen. Tim Reding IS an honest and honorable man! And all of his people were every bit as good as he was. Since I had my kitchen remodeled, I have heard stories from other people about their nightmares from Kitchens Plus, so I am very grateful that we chose Tim to do our work. My new kitchen is so beautiful and everything turned out so good, I can hardly believe it. It was a wonderful experience and I thank Tim - and Melanie whom we bought our cabinets from (Tim referred us) - for everything!
