DO NOT USE / BEWARE Do not use, you better off getting something form big box store and doing it your self. This company was supposed to come out on call anytime we had ants... It was a struggle to get the technician out... and they would cancel "not make it out" even when the appointment is set on multiple occasions. 1st month it seemed like it worked but with each month the regretion of their service was bad. More ants been showing up. Use another company and same your self the hassle and patients .

The person that use to do it they are not with the company anymore so I think they are trying to find somebody to take they spot.

They had been doing pest control for 15 years probably. We hadn't been happy with them for a while and finally we just got fed up. It cost $43 a month. They came out once a month. Over the period of years, they've been setting traps in the basement and the attic. They were supposed to come once a month and check them. So, we said, "Well, if you're going to do that, call us 48 hours ahead of time." They just don't do it. They come out and they take care of the traps outside and then they send me a bill. I kept telling them, "You can't send me a bill for $40 if you don't do the full service." They go, "Oh, yeah. We'll take care of it next time," and they just don't do it. Then there were some problems with double billing and some other minor things. We continued to have rodents in the basement. They were supposed to do the solutions to keep them out. It wasn't until November, when the guy came out, when I went out with him and we found several spots, where they should have been closed 10 years ago. We just were very patient.

many places we had to repaint our walls. They also sprayed something in our house that left white residue on all wood furniture for a year. we can't get it to go away! It looks like milk spilled all over our dining room table. There was never a review by the manager. They wouldn't schedule the follow up appointments which meant they would just randomly show up a month later, to check the outside traps. They didn't follow up on anything inside the house or under the house which was part of the deal. One worker actually broke a duct under the house which really hurt our air efficiency. Needless to say, no rodent was ever caught in a trap in a whole year, so clearly they were not honest about us needing the traps so bad. Also, we had to buy tons of insect treatment at Home Depot because their "insect control" was useless. When we got sick of them showing up unannounced and charging us for it, we asked them to stop. They didn't. So we had to threaten the company with a restraining order.

He was very thorough and honest.  Because he determined he did not need to perform any services he didn't charge us anything for his time and effort.

We had a serious mole problem in our yard. We contacted Redi National for an estimate. They were very prompt and the estimate seemed reasonable considering the severity of our problem. We signed up for a year contract since we knew the problem would take time to correct. They started the treatment and the moles seemed to like the product they were using! We contacted Redi again and they came out to reapply the product and do additional baiting. They have come out an additional 6-7 times during the year and never have charged us extra. The techs tell us that if we see new mounds or runs contact them immediately and they will come out and do an additional treatment. After about 10 months we have seen a drastic reduction in the mole activity.
It will be interesting to see if the moles return after winter. If they do, I'm sure Redi National will address the problem quickly.

We had a wasp nest--when we called, Jay was able to get there on the same day. It was a good thing too, because the wasps were Bald-Faced Wasps, which are pretty nasty. I know--I was stung 5-5 times through my glove about a month before Jay's removal. He was right, those stings STING!

They are very reliable and do a great job.

They were very responsive and professional. They came on time and they were very thorough.

THEY SPRAYED PESTICIDE UNDER THE HOUSE IN THE CRAWL SPACE, PLUS ALL AROUND THE EXTERIOR FOUNDATION AREA. IN ADDITION THEY SPRAYED INTERIOR FLOORBOARDS AND INSIDE THE WALLS. PRICE INCLUDES CONTINUING MONTHLY MAINTENANCE.
