Rainbow International Restoration

It went fine. We do need to have them come in and restretch the carpet again. They do tend to sell **** ** services. But I like the quality of their work.

They did an excellent job. I had to be out of the area for several weeks and they secured the entry to the basement and completed the job exactly as I had requested it be done while I was gone, sending along photos at the end of each day via phone. They were efficient, accurate, friendly, trustworthy and did an excellent job. I would use them again.

Prompt, professional, thorough, great communication...referred me to excellent sewer service, worked with my insurance agent and referred me to great carpenters and handyman...couldn't have done a better job.

Very pleased with a quick response to stop the extent of the water damage.  Chris Hamilton explained in detail the process, first extraction - he was able to run a large bore hose from his truck through the garage. laundry room, hall and master bedroom, using corner bumpers to protect walls and corners.  After extraction the room should be heated to 75 degrees as the machines run continuously.  We were able to close the bedroom door and get 'close to Arizona' hot and arid.  Chris determined that water had not seeped under the vinyl floor, he checked the bottom cupboards and drawers, removing pieces to allow for maximum circulation.  The temp did reach 90 degrees.  At this time, husband was in a hospital and I was able to sleep in another room.  By Monday morning the carpet was dry.  Another Rainbow employee, Justin picked up all the equipment.  Justin mentioned that this company leader went out on calls.  Whether by phone or in person, each was knowledgeable, helpful, prompt and reassuring.

We had a sump pump under the house that had stopped working, and quite a lot of water had collected under the house in the crawl space. The plumber was not able to access the sump pump so he arranged for Rainbow to come out and pump the water. Rainbow came out a number of times including an initial inspection, to pump out, to inspect for dryness, to pump some more and replace some of the plastic ground cover. Robert (technician) was very patient and professional. While I didn't have time to shop around, I think the company tried to be fair in billing.

Overall it was a good experience. I did not have to pay them because it was covered by insurance so I can't tell if they were price competitive or not.

They did a terrific job, in fact, much better than I had hoped. The price was reasonable. They were prompt, and did the job when they said they would. The carpet was not in terrific shape , but they cleaned it up and made it look good. I have used them for three or four years, and they have always done a good job. They are well-trained, have good equipment, and are very professional. I would definitely use them again.

ROB, THE TECHNICIAN WAS PUNCTUAL, COURTEOUS AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND AM ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.
