Deposit made, showed up but there would be a couple days delay due to city requirement on debris. Joshua then stops responding for weeks and when finally gets ahold of him, he states he took another job and wont be able to get to our job and if he does our jobs he wants more money. now refuses to give money back as he claims the delay is us breaking contract and therefore he keeps the money. Yes, that would be fraud and will be suing him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST.
