TERRY WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PATIENT AND HELPFUL FOR THE FIRST TIME SPA OWNER. HE GAVE US AN HOUR OF HIS TIME EXPLAINING THE USE OF THE SPA BEFORE ANY WORK WAS COMPLETED. HIS STAFF COMPLETED THE WORK IN A PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY MANNER. WHEN THERE WAS A GAS LEAK DETECTED, AFTER REPAIRS WERE MADE, HE FIXED THE PROBLEM AT NO CHARGE.
