Puget Sound Gutters

Tony did a good job on the project. He was very responsive in coming by to give me the initial estimate and then flexible in working around my scheduling issues. He was helpful in making suggestions regarding updating the downspout placement in a few instances. I thought his pricing was reasonable and he made the point that he only charged for actual materials used, so that the final price might be less than the estimate, but never higher. He was professional and efficient and left the worksite clean after he finished the project.

Very nice, very professional. Owner Tony came out on a Saturday for us and promptly provided an estimate via email which provided all the details. I had several questions along the way and we had some roof runoff issues we asked advice on. Tony was prompt and patient in his responses. They showed up on time as scheduled and installation was done within a couple of hours. He made me very comfortable with this process. I would hire him again or gladly refer him to friends.

I originally called Tony on March 20th, but he was having health issues and preparing to have surgery. I asked him to notify me after his surgery, so that I could arrange to talk with him about the work I needed done. Tony called me on April 6th (two days after surgery!) and made an appointment, for April 9th, to look at my gutter issues. On April 9th, Tony came over to see what needed to be done with my gutters. I said something about it being my birthday, and it turned out it was also his birthday, too, so I was glad he chose to work that day, even though it was also the weekend. The gutter, and downspout, on the house were rusting, and the rust was staining the siding of the house. The gutter on the shed was not long enough, didn't have a downspout, and was just open on the end. The water was hitting the dirt ground and staining the side of the shed. Tony said that he would replace the gutter and downspout, on the side of the house, with a seamless gutter and downspout. He said that he'd replace the short gutter on the shed with a seamless gutter, the length of the shed, and he'd add a downspout. He said the job didn't look difficult, and his quote was $180, which was less than his usual minimum. I was really surprised, because I had expected it to be a lot more. Tony, and his son, arrived today, April 11th, to put up the gutters. They worked quickly, and professionally. They completely cleaned up after themselves, even to the point of taking away the rotting leaves that had been in our old gutters! Tony communicated quickly, and responsively, from beginning to end. If I have any more gutter issues, I'll definitely be calling Tony. I wish I had taken "Before" photos. Before I painted over the rust stains on the house, and scrubbed away the dirt stains on the shed, so that you would have an idea of how happy I am for these gutters!

Professional, cheerful and arrived on time. He showed me the materials to be used and provided an easy to understand estimate. The company has a Facebook page so I could view examples of their work. Tony also provided solutions for my downspouts that were in non standard locations. The newly installed gutters look fantastic, I highly recommend Puget Sound Gutters.
