Oliver came and work through a long list of random repairs and upgrades with me. Ranging from outlets & plugs that didn't work, to needing exterior plugs added to the house. He provided a timely estimate, and then after we decided to proceed his two man crew were very professional and got the work done. They worked great with the two little kids in the house who wanted to watch what they did even. As the work went on they provided good updates to the status of the work, and other things they found. After initial work was done an accurate (to estimate) invoice was provided, as well as a new estimate for further work we had discussed. Oliver provided information on further work but was not pushy in any way. Overall good experience.

Everything went well and fast. The workmen were friendly and even installed a GFI plug as an add on to our original work order as they were here and had the additional supplies in their truck. Would hire them again. Very, very pleased with their work.

I use People's Electric.  They were here maybe in the Fall of 2016.  I would give an A for anything you ask me about them.  They were prompt, they were really nice, they were clear, everything was great.  I would definitely use them again.  I would tell others that the work they do is outstanding.  They cleaned up excellent after the work was completed.

I requested a bid from People's Electric based on their Angie's List review and that they worked on knob and tube wiring replacements. Oliver looked over the project and had suggestions for improvements and answered my questions. His bid was the lowest I received and addressed all the issues I raised. I hired them to the work. They explained everything they were doing, answered questions I had about their work and how to do some work myself. They cleaned up as they went and left no messes. They worked around some difficult issues when routing wires in a 100+ year old house with patience and worked to limit the damage to walls and floors. They are an expert at working in old houses and with knob and tube replacement. The electricians on the job were focused on their work and friendly.

I felt extremely confident with Oliver and his crew while they spent 7 days at my house. Since I was not living there, I received phone call updates throughout the week. His crew does a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves each day - certainly leaving my rooms cleaner than when they came in. I felt comfortable asking follow-up questions after the job was finished and appreciate their punctuality and patience.

After having some plumbing work done we could no longer use the wall switch to activate electrical outlets. We contracted several companies for estimates and set an appt. with People's Electric. Oliver was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem without having to cut into the wall. He was punctual, very reasonably priced, and was listed on Angie's List as well as our realtor's business directory. We were extremely pleased with his service and will call him again if we have electrical problems!

Oliver has a fabulous work ethic, is safety oriented, intelligent, and couldn't be more courteous, just delightful. He rewired 80% of our house, (20% was post 1983), and took out all old knob and tube (that had previously had been spliced to the newer wiring, badly, riskily by a previous owner's contractor). Oliver added whole house ground fault interruption (GFI?) - not sure of initials, but I do know it works like a charm and saved our computer. We had to call Oliver just the other week, after we had a plumber here, who had used a powerful snake and the GFI had to be reset, and Oliver remembered where he'd placed our GFI switch, from two years ago. From memory! Over the phone! And we just reset it. The city inspector who had to inspect for the permit, back in 2012 was so happy to hear that Oliver did our work. He praised Oliver highly and said he wished all electricians were as careful.

Oliver and his crew were courteous, professional, and extremely capable in their work. They are understandably busy, and worked around my awkward schedule to make sure the job was done as efficiently and quickly as possible. They went above and beyond the call of duty, taking care of issues as they cropped up-- all without inflating the original estimate! They communicated with me throughout the whole process, and took care of all associated work (cleanup, etc.) exactly as needed. One of the crew even came out to meet the electrical code inspector because I was at work, which is truly something you can describe as and quot;above and beyond.and quot;
I recommended the business to a friend, who was also happy with their service, and I look forward to calling them out again when I begin the process of remodeling my property.

Exceptional..........Oliver and his staff were professional, punctual, and tidy. Oliver had even found a loose connection in the circuit
panel that was a potential situation for over heating. He corrected the problem by reattaching the return ground to a more secure location. Oliver did not charge extra to correct the problem and simply stated that he wanted the panel to be safe.
I highly recommend Peoples electric for any electrical job big or small.

They did a GREAT job. I got a confirmation phone call the day before they were supposed to come out. They showed up on time and prepared to do the job. There was a small issue with my permit, which was handled quickly and well. They were very careful to clean up after themselves and even put back the drywall when possible to make patching the small holes they needed to make really easy. They made sure everything working and in the end there were no surprises with the work because when he came out to do the estimate he actually took apart junction boxes to see what was going on.
I can't emphasize how meticulous they were for each part of the job they came out to do. In fact they are coming out again at the end of the month so I can get my microwave and stove on a dedicated circuit and moving a light over for me while my walls are open.
You can't go wrong with Oliver and Cody!

They were here at least fifteen times. They did a lot of work here. The cable company had come out, I wanted a cable jack at one point in the living room, and they said they couldn't do it because they would have to cut through the finished basement. People's Electric came out and they did all that for me. I must have spent $3000 in total with all of the things that they did for us. The price was somewhere between medium to high but the customer service was well worth it.

He is very meticulous. He's knowledgable and safe. Very thorough and can deal with the ins and outs of older homes.

Oliver and Cody rock! Oliver did a thorough job of walking through plans for service, and went beyond the work to be done but helped talk about lights needed for each room based upon activities for the room. They took very good care of our house during the extensive work -- papered all floors, did as little damage as possible to lessen repairs later -- and cleaned up when finished. They came over on a Saturday afternoon to put the last light in (it arrived late from the manufacturer, after the rest of the work had been finished). I look forward to never rewiring the house again but I will call Oliver for any electrical work I ever have and have already referred two people to him.

Oliver came out and looked over the project site and provided an estimate before COB the same day. Once selected, they were able to schedule my work for the folowing Tuesday. Oliver and assoc were precisely on time with permits in hand and went to work immediately. The job was completed by 3 pm the same day - including the time to get the utility company out to cut/reestablish service. I couldn't be happier with the service rendered. I highly recommend People's Electric.
