Property Management
We had to get a rental between owning two houses. We talked it through with Park 52 Inc. There was some concern that I had vacated a rental property early prior to this. As we talked through and explained the situation she understood more about it, she talked to her management and was able to get us in to the rental in between ownership of the two homes. She worked with us after she knew the circumstances. I would say that they were a good company to work with.

I was up twice a year and I knew when stuff wasn't getting done. The agent refused to work with me the last year. I would never use them again.
