They are professional. They did over look a portion of the work the first time, but when I brought it back and pointed it out to them, they did repair and finish the job. They looked at the overlooked portion and took care of it that same week without any additional charge.

I was in an accident on December 11, 2010. Someone made a left turn right in front of me and I couldn't do anything to avoid the accident. The front end of my brand new car was a mess. I called Lexus of Tacoma right away to see where I should take the car. They told me Paramount. From the first day my car was towed there they were in motion to do the repair. The damage was so extensive the car had to be towed to the Lexus shop to have the engine removed so that all of the body work could be completed and then brought back to have the engine reinstalled. Matt at Paramount had his Lexus expert work on my car from start to finish. The owner of Paramount called me to discuss the repair at length. I was never left wondering what was going on or when I would get my car back. Everyone was so honest and up front. They took care of everything with the insurnace company and made sure that all of the necessary repairs were taken care of. This was a huge repair. My car was in the shop from December 11th until the end of January. When I got the car back it looked and drove just like new. 18 months before this accident I was rearended while driving my 2008 BMW hardtop convertible 3 series. That car was in a different shop from July 28th until October 13th when it was finally deemed totaled. I never knew what was going on with that car. I was always being told different things by numerous people in that shop and it was a very stressful situation. I feel like if I had taken my BMW to Paramount I would still be driving it today. If you have a high end car and it needs body work don't take it to any place other than Paramount no matter where you live. These guys are top notch and get the job done RIGHT!
