Mid afternoon on a Friday, and we discovered we couldn't open the double garage door due to a broken spring.  Called Overhead Door, worried about time as no one works on the weekend and we were unable to get either vehicle out.  Overhead Door had a service person at our door in half an hour, replaced both springs, lubed the mechanism and we were out of the garage in an hour from when we discovered the problem.  So very impressed with their response to our dilemma, the efficiency and professionalism of the serice representative, not overlooking the fact he was a really nice guy.  Kudos to Overhead Door.  Have dealt with lots of businesses, but none more efficient and professional than Overhead Door.  Would recommend them to anyone!!!

They cleaned things up very well. They were responsive. I got quick service. I called and they came out the next day and resolved it quickly. It wasn't incredibly expensive than I thought it would be. They were very prompt. They were professional and did a great job. I would definitely tell a friend or a neighbor about them. If they were looking for that kind of service, I would recommend them. I would tell them that they were professional, fast, timely and very responsive. I just didn't have any concerns at all.

It was really nice. They didn't come out. I actually took my little fob to their showroom on 70th. They discovered that the pins that held the battery were loose. So, they tightened that up and handed it back to me and said it's working. So, it looks real simple. There was no charge. They solved the problem. I said, "How do you know it works?" He showed me that he could click it and the light went on and click it and the light went off. He said that that means it's working.

These guys really know what they are doing and do great work. I won't use anyone else and give them my highest recommendation. There are a lot of fly by night garage door companies out there as I found out the hard way. Wish I'd learned about Overhead Door earlier.

Called and had an estimate written in May. I had to pay half of the estimate up front, as the door had to be special ordered.
They showed-up on time on the arranged date and installed the door in about 6 hours.

I asked them to check one aspect of the door in September, and they did this for free as part of the one-year guarantee period.
This is a family-run business. My favorite worker there is Luke (other than the two owners). Luke was the most courteous of all the workers and appears to be very knowledgeable. Ask for him by name if you are having general maintenance done on your door(s).

Torsion spring on the garage door broke on Friday of a three-day weekend. Tried to reach Overhead (had used them before), but too late. Needed to get cars out, so tried other companies until I found one that would respond. When they arrived, thier assesment of the situation was that I needed a complete rehab to include new opener motor - for only $1500. Fortunately, while waiting for them to arrive, I'd checked them on Angie's and was aware of their practices. Paid them for the service call and sent them away.
Stopped by Overhead the next business day to schedule a service call. They were quick to tell me the price of the springs, justt to avoid sticker shock and scheduled the repair for late that day.
When Brian arrived, I explained the previous estimate. He checked everything and told me that most of the and quot;problemsand quot; weren't valid.He did agree that one roller needed to be replaced. Since he was going to one, I had him replace all rollers. He did so and also cleaned and lubricated the guides and the springs, bearings and screw rail. Also checked all door nuts for tightness. And, of course, replaced the torsion springs. Throuhgout the work he explained what he was doing and why, just to satisfy my curiosity. Brian was very conscious that he was on the clock while working and worked quickly to ensure that I wasn't paying for excess time. Thanks for that, Brian.
All in all, a professional job well done. And for one-fifth the cost of the and quot;emergency repairand quot; estimate.
