Many times the professional came and wanted to spray poison around the house outside, which I did not want. And many times they came and did nothing except look briefly and charged $48 per month for that. I believe they did not provide sufficient value for their prices.

I have been using them from two to three years. I am on a maintenance plan with them now, so they come out every other month. If I need their service, I can also call them. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If I am not at home, they will leave me a note to let me know that they had come. I would use their service in the future too.

They are on an annual contract with us. Overall it goes very well. We live in a sort of a rural area with a lot of woodlands and with all critters around. They seem to keep us all protected from it. They always show up when they are supposed to. They maintain their calendar correctly. They do a good job. If we have specific concerns, they always ask about it and deal with the particular issues. We pay them every two months. I would use their services again in the future.
