We hired Olympic Landscape after meeting with John and being repeatedly assured that he would provide a design for our large yard that would include little deciduous and no fruit dropping plants. John wanted to include some deciduous but agreed it all would be placed so it could compost where the leaves dropped. At the first review, he presented a design with 80+ deciduous and fruit dropping plants, 90% of which dropped things on the driveway or roof. Multiple times, we emphasized keeping costs down. He ignored two large yard areas while doubling the rough estimates which effectively quadruples our costs. We fired them but still owed $1,300 for a plan where we won’t use a single plant. Olympic Landscape has great ratings on Angie's List but they certainly didn’t listen to us.

lThe employee arrived in the time frame estimated, did the testing and covered up the  conrtol valve and left. I received a test report on 4/27/2015 showing the results of the testing and what had been sent to the water company. All done in a fast and efficient manner.

Kip and his crew were amazing. Even though we didn't have a formal design - Kip incorporated our current pond design and wishes into the new feature - utilizing existing pieces.

they were prompt and ready to work during this 4 - 5 day project. Kip personally transferred our current fish residents to the a holding tank (finding 3 tiny fry we didn't know existed!!!!)

the work required the use of a small backhoe - and removing a panel of our fence for access. They placed sheets of plywood across our lawn to mitigate damage to it and the sprinkler system.

I can't say enough good things about this company!

Will use again.

Came on time - very helpful and explained to my wife what they were doing and did work eficiently and professionally. Good value for dollar.
