OFFICE MAX WAS ABLE TO BACK UP THE LAPTOP ONTO A CD TO PROTECT FOR FUTURE CRASHES AND THEY ALSO REINSTALLED ALL THE PROGRAMS THAT I WANTED BACK ON MY COMPUTER. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR QUICK SERVICE AND FRIENDLY MANNER.
